I really like this model as it is a checklist to ensure that we engage all stakeholders in order to make better decisions.

R - Recommend, the one who initiates (or recommends) and drives the process 

A - Agree, the people who needs to agree with the decision

P - Perform, the people who needs to perform after the decision is made

I - Input, the people who need to provide input

D - Decision, the person who makes the decision
