It may be tough at first glance but take a second look .
Such moments in running a business can be difficult. Parting with an employee who was important to us. Ewa Quiam leaves the team of Ulala Chef. I am sad, especially in the first impulse I felt sadness. But I am also quickly trying to look at it so as to see, above all, the positives.
So, above all, I appreciate what we have built together with Ewa during these almost three years of cooperation. We have made great progress in understanding our business and have reached a high level of competence in many new areas. Ewa was crucial in this path and for that I am and I will always be grateful to her.
Secondly, freedom and following your own path, if you feel that this is the best path for you at the moment. In my professional career I have always followed my heart and not only the hints of reason. I was guided by intuition. When I felt it was time for a change, I was never afraid of it. And so I wish everyone around. If you feel it is time for a change, follow that voice. Because there are development and new experiences ahead of you. Ewa felt that now it is time for her professional change, and this change can be achieved only outside Ulala Chef. I keep my fingers crossed and wish Ewa much satisfaction with this step.
And one last thing. The world is small. Our paths still intersect. I believe that ours can still intersect. And the door in Ulala for you, Ewa, will always be open.
Thank you for everything! <3
