We’re so proud of the RoboBlazers as they design, build, and program an advanced robot for the FIRST Robotics Competition. Check out the latest milestones along their journey as the design and build phase nears the end.

The DC fast EV charger market is growing at a rate that’s definitely over the speed limit. Here are some top design considerations and product recommendations for meeting industry demands in this exciting application. 

Rolling out reliable components that solve challenges

We announced several NPIs to add to our growing portfolio, including:

• Three 600V super fast recovery rectifiers ideal for industrial, computing, and consumer applications, including SMPS, motor controls, and telecommunications systems

• A leading-edge 650V IGBT module designed to minimize losses and ramp up efficiency for motor controls, uninterruptible power supplies, and welding machines

• 1700V SiC MOSFET and 1200V SiC MOSFET solutions that offer efficiency and reliability for energy storage, renewable energy, and computing devices

• A 1000V standard recovery rectifier with glass passivated chip technology made for high-frequency industrial applications

• Advanced Schottky barrier rectifiers with 60V and 100V options for demanding industrial systems

• Arrow Centralized Training Denver, March 4-8, 2024 - our experts will be training Arrow’s FAEs with an informative presentation, Dual-Side Cooling MOSFETs: A DSC vs. Traditional DFN5060 Comparison, on March 7. 
• Arrow UKB Multi Solution Day, March 21, 2024 - there’s still time to sign up to join MCC and 40+ manufacturers at this must-attend event in Coventry Arena. Register for your complimentary entry.
• Future Day 2024, April 10, 2024 - Porto Alegre, Brazil, is the perfect location for this industry event complete with technical talks from manufacturers and the Supplier Fair. MCC is proud to be participating. Our FAE Manager, Felipe Padilla, will give an informative presentation, MCC Semi: MOSFET Thermal Modeling – Getting to Know DSC (Dual-Side Cooling) at this exciting event.
