The second interview with our staff members is here! Mercteil has spoken with Juris Rengitis, our Sales Manager in the B2C department. He is a native Latvian and has worked with us for the past three years.

What do you think makes Mercteil competitive in its market segment?
The exclusive products it offers and an individual approach to the client.
How can you build customer loyalty in this segment?
By offering competitive prices and high product quality, and by making communication efficient and agile.
How do you think the aftermarket parts market will change as the industry shifts to electric vehicles?
I have switched to an electric car myself, and have been seeing nothing but advantages in it. However, I believe that petrol and diesel cars aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
The industry has just added another type of powertrain – electric. Our products are also suitable for such machines and we are going to work and further develop in this direction as well.
