AUDE News Awards win

AUDE News Awards: Supplier of the Year

We’re proud to share that we were named Supplier of the Year at the 2024 AUDE Association of University Directors of Estates news awards. The judges commended our efforts, saying, “Buro Happold’s take on supporting the sector is to go beyond being ‘just engineers’. They recognise the education sector needs more than transactional relationships. Instead, it needs partners who care about the bigger picture and invest in the long-term betterment of the sector for all.”

Building a vibrant new cultural scene for Jeddah

The Jeddah Opera House will be the first opera house in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A broad multidisciplinary team from Buro Happold worked closely with architects Henning Larsen on the competition-winning design from the concept stage, providing expertise across everything from structural engineering to people flow simulation and constructability.

The Young Employees Forum

Sparking connections with the Young Employees Forum

A group of colleagues in the early stages of their careers at Buro Happold recently met in Bath. The summit, arranged by our Young Employees Forum, brought together colleagues from our Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Berlin, Bath, Dubai, Riyadh, London, Leeds, and Edinburgh offices for two days of workshops, networking, early career discussions, and some well-earned fun!
