My experience as an Intern

The Centre of Excellence (COE) is a one-stop which encompasses a collaborative team connecting various businesses units and stakeholders to drive programs for employee engagement, skill-building, fostering innovation & commitment, and allocating resources to deliver critical business value. 

The journey so far…

Being a Project Management Intern of the India Centre of Excellence (COE) Team, I got an opportunity to work under highly motivated professionals who inspire, ideate, implement, and deliver transformation in projects by driving operational excellence. The last 4 months have given me immense learning and experience of not just working on multiple projects but also integrating various work areas and aligning tasks in an efficient manner.

Multitasking, understanding business goals, planning, analyzing the workflow, reviewing data, and operating across cross-functional sub-teams (Project Management, Marketing Communication & Innovation) helped me achieve our objectives and gain significant exposure in this domain.

My experience in the company has been truly engaging and what intrigues me the most is the culture and the core values that they have adopted in their process. Having been mentored by Industry leaders and Faculty mentors, the journey so far has been incredible. I have developed my skills to manage different programs, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and support the team in analyzing and reviewing various internal processes. I used my knowledge and creativity to fulfill the business requirements and deliver results. Lastly, working with seniors from diverse backgrounds exposed me to professional learning and gave me a wholesome experience.

In a nutshell, their contribution, expertise, and encouragement all the way have made it an immersive learning experience. I am looking forward to many more months of developing individually and growing as a team member to meet the organizational needs.
