New beginnings!! ..new role in ERM & Insurance!!!

Today marks the end of a very rewarding professional & personal development experience with Marsh. It has been 12 years with this company where I have made many life-long friends, gain invaluable knowledge, skills & experience on risk management & insurance, and met outstanding professionals from many different countries, backgrounds and areas of expertise. I can’t thank enough for the opportunities at Marsh Canada and Marsh LAC and for the trust and support from some key colleagues. My deepest appreciation to the business partners (clients, insurers & reinsurers) I have dealt with through the years. Thanks for the support. I have been very privileged and honoured from working with each of you. Thank you!.

In my pursuit of mastery and of professional & personal growth, I decided to continue with my career as Director, Enterprise Risk Management & Insurance with Northland Power Inc (NPI). NPI is an independent power producer that develops, finances, builds, owns & operates power generation facilities in Canada and internationally. Northland Power produces clean and green energy using wind, natural gas, biomass and solar technology.

This is certainly a new opportunity to look at the industry through different lenses and to expand my experience and knowledge in ERM & Insurance and in the power generation sector worldwide. It is always great to learn more, to get out of our comfort zone and to face new opportunities & challenges in our lives.
