Blue Sky Light (Solar Street Light) adopts the high quality lamp beads supplied by the top Japanese and Germany suppliers of Blue Carbon. The power of single bead is more than 2W, and the working point of full load output power is about 40% of the rated power of the lamp bead, ensuring that the lamp bead works at the maximum light effect point and a small thermal attenuation power segment. Thanks to these high-lumen lamp beads, Blue Sky Light (Solar Street Light) can easily cope with higher levels of illumination, including more temperature challenges at the same brightness.

With 20 years of working experience and thousands of experiments in the photovoltaic lighting industry, we have skillfully and stably mastered the key points of normal operation of 12V lithium iron battery system in the low temperature environment of -55 ° C.

In order to keep the solar street light work at low temperatures, practitioners have come up with a number of ideas over the years - putting cotton-padded jackets on the lights' batteries, wrapping them in heating blankets, and storing in tin cases underground to keep them warm. However, technically speaking, these approaches are almost a joke.

Blue carbon found a MOS tube with stronger conductivity, which would lose less electric energy in the process of power transmission. Specially equipped with military grade temperature monitoring system for the battery system, always protect the normal operation of the battery. Stable lighting can be achieved at a low temperature of minus 55°c without damaging the cycle life of the battery.

After two decades of continuous optimization in the design process and a lot of practice after the completion of production, the 12V system of solar street lights can ensure the design brightness output of no less than 8 hours at night in the case of cloudy and rainy days for several weeks, meeting the high and stable requirements of urban road lighting.
