NIO Receives Automotive Software Quality Standard Promotion Award from VDA QMC

On September 5th, at the 7th China VDA Automotive SYS® Conference, the VDA standard translation review project led by NIO received the "Automotive Software Quality Standard Promotion Award" from the German Association of the Automotive Industry Quality Management Center. NIO's Software Quality Director, Su Wen, was invited to accept the award.

The German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) was founded in 1901, with its headquarters in Berlin, Germany. It is an association organization with over 600 members, including complete vehicle and component manufacturers. The VDA Quality Management Center is an authoritative body in the field of international quality, dedicated to the research of quality management topics within the industry. In the VDA standard translation review project, NIO took the lead in the translation and review project of Automotive SPICE PAM 4.0 and Automotive SPICE Guideline 2.0, working in conjunction with members of the VDA SWQABC (German Association of the Automotive Industry China Software Quality Advisory Committee) to conduct an independent review of the standards. This marks the first time the VDA Quality Management Center has awarded the "Automotive Software Quality Standard Promotion Award."
