None of us are ''Teflon Coated''

Just got word that a lovely woman that I met for the first time last week Sunday at a family function, left the world 3am this morning re heart attack.

My thoughts & prayers goes out to all whom have lost a precious loved one today. Reminded once again, just how precious life is, and that none of us, regardless of status, class, race, nationality or creed, are 'Teflon coated'. Ultimately all that matters, is the quality of the relationships we've had and the contributions we've made to the lives of our fellow man/women.

Ps. I vividly recall the profound words of the Priest, at the funeral of my late aunt many years ago, Lilly Webber whom lived to experience 2 world wars (101). ''We are all sitting in the departure lounge. The question is, what have we packed in our bags for the journey ahead???

How do you want to be remembered...Take this moment to love and appreciate all that you are blessed to have in your life right now.

Yours in love & light. Roesh xxx
