And Now a Few Words From Me!

Hey! 

It's been a while I want to do so but I'll be starting to share more thorough articles and thoughts in the coming weeks about the music industry, product & data, and the digital creator economy. So I'd love to re-introduce myself to you before posting anything else! :)

I work in the music industry since 6 years+ and I am currently taking part of the streaming revolution to develop and share my expertise. I combine my understanding of the culture, the industry models & patterns with the technical aspects of streaming for delivering world-class campaigns, projects and strategies in creative and efficient ways. I am an experienced professional who develops a content & product management mindset: innovation & solution driven, always.

I graduated with a MBA in Music Business and Creative Industries and have built a strong network across the industry; from labels, managers, artists/creators, publishers, live music promoters, etc. I am also a drummer since my very young age and played in several bands, experiencing what most of the independent artists experience in their life, asking the same questions about deals, using the same tools, playing in venues and festivals while trying to navigate the complexities of how "making it" in the music industry. You'll naturally guess it! That makes me quite aware and empathetic to today's artists problematics...

Along the way:

➊ The foundation of my passion for music is grounded into live music, and specifically music festivals, as a privileged moment in time where you can create unity and write a common narrative around music, art and culture. Amongst other several opportunities to work on live events and festivals; I dearly remember the pleasure I had to work on the thrilling Transient electronic music festival editions in Paris; supporting electronica, techno and noise niche scenes with a focus on live audiovisual creators.

➋ I've had the opportunity to work in the world largest, leading digital distributor and services provider for independent artists, labels and content creators, Believe; acting as an artists/creator account manager and ally for their Youtube monetisation business. 

➌ Throughout my time working in world-class streaming services, at Deezer and then at Spotify, I am focused on improving the listeners experiences from an Editorial point of view and I have been humbled to participate in managing really impactful campaigns and projects launches (such as Wrapped, Billie Eilish, Higher Ground, etc.) while exploring areas of growth and supporting a continuous international expansion (localisation) of those services (South Korea/Russia/*80+ markets). 

➍ When your North Star is to bring the best value back to the Artists and to the Fans; using your own expertise is critical to help your product growing and becoming a better and a fairer play for both. I got the fantastic luck of working alongside highly skilled engineers, designers, as a product-focused person to support on fuelling initiatives that operate strategic improvements. I got the responsibility of designing complex metadata management tools, putting in place strategic plans, in order to manage efficiently the artists discographies at scale and built a team of 3 curators to operate the plans. I've also been focused those past years on scaling up our Editorial team capabilities thanks to freshly designed tools with an extremely talented cross-functional team.
