OPEN CALL FOR TENDER PREQUALIFICATION

1.      GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

1.1.  Requester: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Office Tirana, Rr. Asim Zeneli 6/10, 1001 Tiranë

 

1.2.  Profile: German Development Cooperation, Office in Tirana supports Albania on its path to European integration and development through projects implemented in economic development, legal reform, vocational education and training, reform of the water sector, rural development, reforms on strengthening of the internal security, and other areas.

 

1.3    Subject: The GIZ Office Tirana invites qualified companies to express their interest in providing laboratory equipment according to the Technical Specification.

The GIZ Office Albania intends to sign a framework contract with the supplier until 10.12.2024 with possibility of further extension.

 

2.      COMPANIES SHOULD FULFILL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS

-       Participation is open to all legal companies which are effectively established in Albania.

-       The company should be an authorized entity for sales of laboratory equipments.

-       The legal entity shall have an average annual turnover of at least 50.000 EUR for the last three financial years.

-       3 reference purchases in the last 3 years in laboratory equipment and/or in the region.

-       The legal entity shall have at least three employees of the last three years.

 

3.      DEADLINE AND APPLICATION INFORMATION

 

All legal entities interested in application process should ask for Expression of Interest ref. no. 91182672 Sludge lab to the address: giz-albanien@giz.de not later than 03.09.2024.   

 

The due date for submitting the application is 09.09.2024.

 

The document should be submitted in pdf format via e-mail to al_inquiry@giz.de, marked ref.no. 91182672 Sludge lab

 

After the due date for submitting the application, the process of evaluation will follow. The submitted applications will be evaluated. All written communication for this procedure and the following successful ones must be in English.
