Consistency – Our policies and procedure are expected to be consistently applied across the company. We hold scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly calls across many areas to keep the team informed and up to date.

Accountability – We admit mistakes at all levels – leaders included. We take responsibility for results. We take action and show a sense of urgency when addressing a challenge.

Transparency – We share our performance results on Town Hall meetings. There is a direct line of contact to the C-Suite for any employee.

Keeping Commitments – We follow though on promises. We put our plans on paper and set expectations.
