P13-HR Manager

This week we are pleased to present you the professional profile of Behavioral Assessment developed with the www.timetomind.global platform dedicated to Human Resources Managers, approved by the Scientific Committee of TIME TO MIND SA.

Like many professionals, the Human Resources Manager needs to keep up-to-date in order to maintain his role in the future, he has many challenges to face, but also many opportunities, he has innovative tools at his disposal that can support him both in his self-improvement, for make its services more effective, and to support the development of its collaborators.

The recent World Forum document, on the future of work, confirms the continuous progression towards digital transformation tools to support the world of work.

An extract from the document:

“There is no doubt that the future of work will be disruptive.

But it need not be dystopian. The Future of Jobs Report 2023 shows how to empower people in a world of economic uncertainty and advancing AI”

“It is hard to overestimate how tumultuous the last few years have been for workers around the world. The global COVID-19 pandemic led to lockdowns for most people except essential workers and then cautious, partial returns to work or job losses in industries that never fully recovered. Almost immediately, this was followed by the disruption of war in Ukraine and soaring energy and food prices, causing a decline in real wages.

Technology adoption, already accelerating before and during the pandemic, potentially poses a new wave of transformation, especially to white-collar work through the rise of generative AI”.

Returning to today's example, faced with this scenario, what can the HR Manager do?

Can it be the "precursor" of digital innovation within the company in which it operates, supporting the necessary digital transformation by involving its interlocutors?

Faced with these many HR challenges, we ask ourselves a few questions:

- what are the strategic soft skills necessary for HR in addition to the knowledge already acquired?

- what are the skills that will best accompany him in managing the new challenges?

- what tools does it have at its disposal to enhance its performance?

- how (and on which soft skills) is it already effective and on which ones can it be more effective?

By comparing ourselves with many players in the sector, the online behavioral assessment was defined for HR managers, it consists of the 10 basic strategic soft skills for their activities.

How to use:

At the end of completing the online Assessment, the participant will have at his disposal, in addition to his personal outcome, two essential guides to start enhancing the soft skills which he himself will judge as priorities for his improvement and will be able to start an initial strengthening process independently.

Who is this Assessment intended for?

- To professionals who want to get to know their level of ability on 10 basic soft skills for the activities of this specific role in order to subsequently enhance the most critical soft skills to strengthen their professionalism;

- To young people who intend to become Head of Human Resources Management, to understand where they already have strong points and which skills to enhance for the development of their career;

- Who must select the Human Resources Managers to complete and facilitate decision-making during a selection process.

- Labor consultants, organizational consultants who provide services and support to companies;

- To professionals called to carry out assessments of behavioral skills

- To those who must train Human Resources Managers, groups of people in training, on which the tool will clarify the paths for improvement on each person involved and, in such cases, it will be possible to have a graphical representation of the results of the class of Resource Managers trainees, involved in the Assessment, it will thus be possible to quickly identify the priorities to be given to the training activities, on the critical areas that have emerged in the group, thus targeting the effective training needs of the group involved.

This Assessment is part of the 150 proposals of the www.timetomind.global platform

It is available in 6 languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese.

The platform is constantly evolving and new tools are regularly offered to customers, built in relation to the needs expressed by the customers of TIME TO MIND SA themselves, in particular Assessments are developed on new professional profiles to follow the evolution of the job market.
