Patient Driven Solutions

Patient Driven Solutions

I had the pleasure of meeting admedicum a company created in 2015 specialized in patient engagement and patient access. They excel in creating and executing patient-centric initiatives. They have vast experience working with stakeholders in the healthcare space gathering insights on the patient journey. Their team is very diverse and offers a wide range of customized services and impactful solutions based on client needs such as designing patient engagement strategic plans, mapping of the patient landscape, development and execution of patient advisory boards, focus groups and patient advocacy support. They also offer patient-focused product and service development, support for better patient access to treatment and co-creation of patient support programs (PSPs). Additionally, they are managing projects in patient-focused drug development. They co-create clinical trial design and recruitment strategies and support clinical trial recruitment. They identify the key patient-reported outcomes (PROs) valuable to the patient community and obtain patient insights into digital tools to make sure they are properly addressing the needs of patients.

They value the delivery of tangible measurable outcomes and giving back to the patient community and often publish their findings. They have a passionate team that operates transparently with integrity and honesty. Admedicum is a trusted partner with long-term relationships with many patient advocacy groups (PAGs) across disease states.

Their senior partners have extensive experience with the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. They are experts in the European regulatory landscape, HTA and the use of real-world evidence. They follow the latest in healthcare innovation and policy-making.

In order to understand the patients´ needs they conduct interviews with patients and caregivers, run social media analysis and deploy surveys. They co-create content for patient directed websites.

Andreas Reimann managing partner and co-founder is a pharmacist with a PhD in pharmacology and social entrepreneur in the fields of patient-oriented healthcare and inclusive education. He has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Roger Legtenberg is senior partner and co-owner and entrepreneur with a PhD in medical sciences. He has worked in the life sciences space for over 20 years and was CEO for a specialized clinical CRO focused on rare diseases.

Robert Pleticha is international senior patient engagement manager and head of Admedicum Spain. He is a devoted patient advocate and rare disease expert and specialist in online patient communities. He has 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

You are an inspiring team and visionaries with excellent stakeholder management skills. Thank you for all the work you have been doing to engage patients in all aspects of R&D and for empowering patient organizations enabling them to have an active role in improving patient outcomes.
