The right people will transform your company.
They’ll make you go from zero to hero in a matter of months.
Problem is, most businesses never find them because they don’t know who to look out for.
Truth be told, you only need to hire these four people.🔎
1. The Go Getter 🏃🏻♂️➡️
They are often in their early careers and have a massive amount of drive to perform well.
They work with short feedback loops.
You give them feedback, and they implement it immediately.
Because they tend to be more junior, expect new ideas to pop up.
A Go-Getter will likely want to hoover up the pile of dust you’ve been avoiding for months.
2. The Leader 🎖️
Most team members are coin-operated. You ask them to do the task, and they only do that task.
A good leader is NOT coin-operated.
They work tirelessly to find the right outcome:
🧐 We need to stop shipping shit work.
🧐 We need a higher gross margin.
🧐 We need to launch a new product line.
Then they come to you with the steps to make it happen.
3. The Details Master 🔦
This person gets into the weeds of your knottiest problems.
They put out a million fires a day.
They are the glue that keeps everything together.
Without these people, your business degrades - FAST.
4. The People Person 💙
Most companies miss this key team member.
This person speaks to the team like they’re people.
They're human not some fu*king corporate robot.
They make sure people are ok.
Because often, people are not ok.
They’re frustrated or pissed off or bored.
Or their pet is sick.
This person works all that shit out and makes sure your people are looked after.

🍸 She is also the Co-Founder of Sip & Stir Syndicate , a staffing company that provides quality bartenders at corporate and sports events.
