Post 1: Introduction

Posting on LinkedIn has always been a big challenge for me. Majorly because I feel that I won't be adding anything of value. Thus, most of my posts are either related to hiring or about a share-worthy achievement by SmileBots or NetPractice.

I've realised I was wrong about not posting. There is a specific topic I can (and should) write about while adding some value:

"My Confusions & Uncertainties as a founder 😬 "

I am currently building a startup (NetPractice) with a planet-scale vision and as a founder I face hundreds of confusions everyday on how to move forward. Which route to choose. Which market to target first. How to spend my time. How to fight my own incapabilities. How to keep the team motivated and help them create something they might not have imagined themselves. All while fighting the ever-pressing imposter syndrome.

As I cannot predict how each decision will pan out, each decision is essentially a long term bet. I'd love to publicly document these and share the results.

This series is a new venture for me, which I promise to commit to as long as I continue to build NetPractice. If you as a reader are also committing to this series, I promise you these:

1. Everything here will be straight from the heart, self-written (no AI generated timepass)

2. I am not writing for hashtags, for reach, or for self-promotion. The sole purpose of this series is to provide insights into my decisions, thoughts, confusions, and uncertainties as a founder.

3. I'll make a solid & sincere effort to write each post with purpose and make it useful for any budding founder.

Looking forward to writing this introspective series every week from now on.

Ganesha, lead well this army of words
