Prefabricated Structural Insulated Panels- SIP & Prefabricated Wall Panels -PWP

Hi , ADPOL is a Polish manufacturer offering SIPs - or Structural Insulated Panels: a modern method of building construction using prefabricated panels made up of a dense foam polystyrene EPS / XPS  ; PIR board  or AMW - ACOUSTIC MINERAL WOOL  sheet pressurized between two weatherproof OSB3 boards  or NOVELTLY - CEMENT-BONDED PARTICLEBOARD – CBP. Basic properties: Noninflammatory: Cement-bonded particleboards are fire resistant and their fire class according to the European standard EN 13 501-1 is A2 - s1, d0 - NON-FLAMMABLE.  Acoustic insulation: Cement-bonded particleboards are sound-insulating. The acoustic insulation of a single board, depending on its thickness, ranges from 30 dB to 38 dB and up to 50 dB in case of double board.

We produce five types Prefabricated Sandwich Panels -PSP- depending on their purpose, are as follows:

1. Prefabricated Wall Panels -PWP - Partition Wall

2. Prefabricated Structural Insulated Panels – SIP - construction and exterior walls

3. Prefabricated Structural Insulated Panels- SIP - construction Ceiling , Roof and floor Panel

4. Prefabricated Acoustic Panels  - PAP - Acoustic Partitions

5. Prefabricated Fire Panels - PFP - Fire Partitions

The standard panel sizes we manufacture are as follows:

1.   SIP/PLASTERBOARD - 1200 mm wide and 2500 / 3000 mm high.

2.   SIP/OSB3 - 1250 mm wide and 2500 mm high.

3.   NOVELTY- SIP/CBP - 1250 mm wide and 3200 mm high.

4.   BESKOPE Structural Insulated Panels

They allow for a more sustainable structure, ensuring insulation values that cannot be achieved otherwise. SIPs allow for U values as low as 0.10, and reduction of cold bridges to a minimum.
