‘Workplace Strategies’

It gives me great pleasure to announce that we present a workshop in New Delhi along with Godrej Interio and iDream on Tuesday, Sept 14, titled ‘Workplace Strategies’. We have successfully done this with attendance from Tata Steel, Hitachi, Biocon, IBM, JSW and a host of other corporates and startups.
Retail banking will cease to exist in the understood form soon, due to digital banking. For the same ‘digital’ reasons, people 'do not need to’ come to work anymore, as they carry their work in their cellphones, in their pockets. This is posing a big challenge for organizations: how do they attract and retain talent. When humans do come to work, they work within a space. So, besides business processes, technology and people, space is an inherent component of business efficiency. But the expectations from that space is very different today than it was five years back, and the key to understand that is to be human centric; to be emphatic to their needs and feelings. Form no more follows function. Form follows feeling.
The ‘learning with hands’ workshop, through a series of workshops, demonstrates a simple technique on how to integrate ‘space’ into business efficiency, along with business processes, technology and people.
