If you’re having challenges pushing your start button in 2024, you are not alone; I invite you to look at my latest blog entry below.

You may have looked at my opening greeting and asked if Alec was talking to me. I am many things, but I’m not sure I would consider myself creative.

I believe we are all at choice and can decide to create or not create the things in our lives that bring us joy and fulfillment. We create the visions and stories around what excites us as well as creating the stories around the “could haves,” “would haves,” “should haves,” and the “I’m not” statements that prevent us from taking action, large or small.

My focus for 2024 and beyond is creation. On a personal note, that means getting out of my own way as a creator. I want to share more of my photography with the world and seek input to help me improve my skills. To turn those I’m not statements into I am statements.

The first step was to publish images from Tanzania on my long-dormant photography website. I’m very proud of them and would love to know which ones felt a connection to.

As a coach, I intend to create space for my clients to get clear on what they want to accomplish in 2024 and, most importantly, to understand why it is deeply important to them.

In addition to working with me 1on1, I’ve developed two new offerings for clients and myself to interact with like-minded people in a group setting for the year ahead.

CREATE 2024: Launching in February, this nine-month group coaching journey is focused on unlocking and rediscovering your creativity and fostering critical thinking for personal and professional growth.  It is limited to only 5 participants for a focused experience.

Focus Forward: Scheduled on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate in Asheville this May, this four-day intensive workshop will explore your inner creativity, unlock fresh perspectives, and develop actionable plans to support personal and professional growth. Participants of CREATE 2024 will also have the opportunity to join and network.

Imagine unlocking layers of your creativity you never knew existed and using them to propel your personal and professional life to new heights. Both programs have limited space, and participants will have an incredibly unique experience.
