New Product: IL-2Rβγ Bioassay
Are you developing next generation IL-2 or IL-15 therapies? Our latest bioassay is intended to measure the activity of therapeutics designed to engage with the intermediate affinity IL-2 receptor (lacking CD25), expressed on CD8+ effector memory T cells and NK cells. The IL-2Rβγ Bioassay is specifically engineered to provide highly accurate and reproducible results. Intracellular signalling generates a bright luminescent signal, ensuring precision in measuring the potency and stability of molecules that target the medium affinity heterodimeric IL-2 βγ receptor.
Sensitive Quantification of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine
Do you need to measure the Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), Leucine, isoleucine and valine? If so, our new BCAA-Glo™ assay might be just what you need! It’s compatible with a range of sample types including cells and cell culture media, tissue and serum samples and has a simple plate-based protocol which removes the tedious centrifugation and spin column steps often required when measuring amino acids.
Efficient Purification of High-Quality Plasmid DNA
PureYield™ and Wizard® SV systems provide quick, scalable purification of plasmid DNA for improved performance in sensitive applications such as transfection and in vitro transcription/translation.
