Promoting Talent Within: Hellas Elevates Ryan Turner to Regional Vice President of Core Operations

Please join us in congratulating Ryan Turner on his promotion to Regional Vice President of Core Operations.

Ryan’s career at Hellas began in March 2019 when he joined as a Project Manager. Ryan brought with him over 8 years of experience across diverse fields such as mining, purchasing, scheduling, and construction management. In May 2022, Ryan was promoted to Operations Manager for Core, guiding the group successfully and contributing to Hellas’ continued growth.

Prior to joining Hellas, Ryan worked several roles in the mining division of Kiewit Corporation, based in College Station, Texas and in their headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to his time at Kiewit, Ryan held instrumental positions in different industries. Ryan’s BA in Economics is from University of Kentucky, and he remains a loyal Wildcat.

Outside of work, Ryan spends time with his wife Amara and their three children attending gymnastics competitions and select baseball tournaments. Ryan is an avid Kentucky sports and Cincinnati Reds fan.

Ryan is an integral part of the operations team. His ability to effectively manage a team, develop PMs and willingness to help other regions when necessary has contributed to his current success and set him up for future success within the organization.
