Hi BYP partners and allies,

This is an exciting time at BYP Network as we've just launched our brand new career advancement platform, Javelin!

Javelin is set to spearhead our mission to advance the careers of millions of Black professionals around the world and across multiple industries. The cutting-edge AI platform empowers Black talent, enabling them to excel in their careers by connecting them with curated opportunities from BYP’s esteemed global corporate partners.

Opportunities include jobs, mentorship, events and content resources based on the individual's career goals. The platform also aims to showcase companies' DEI values so potential employees can feel confident working for an organisation that aligns with their own values. 

Yesterday on 27 July we hosted a very special summer product launch party for Javelin, with guest appearances including The Apprentice's Tim Campbell and Hayley Mulenda , plus food, drinks, live music and more.

The team was onsite at Sway Bar in London to share all our exciting plans for the platform, give details on how you can get involved, and answer any questions. In case you missed it, you can read the press release for Javelin here.
