  • Walmart leverages real-time analytics to monitor customer feedback and sentiment, enabling it to respond quickly to customer complaints and improve the overall customer experience, providing a seamless, personalized shopping experience for its customers. 

Takeaways from Union Budget 2023-24 

The 2023-24 Union Budget has introduced measures that will significantly impact the logistics industry in India. The Saptarishi initiative will boost infrastructure and investment, making India a key player in the global supply chain. The INR 2.4 lakh crore capital outlay for railways will improve land transport and facilitate the movement of goods. Additionally, INR 75,000 crore has been allocated for one hundred critical transport infrastructure projects, which will improve connectivity for sectors like ports, coal, steel, fertilizer, and food grains.

It also emphasized the adoption of AI and ML tools to streamline logistics, shift towards cloud-based systems, and integrate with the National Logistics Policy, Open Network Digital Commerce, and PM Gati Shakti program launched by the Government of India. These measures will make the logistics industry in India more efficient, effective, and globally competitive, helping India realize its growth goals and ambitions on the world stage

We serviced the World Book Fair 2023, which took place at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi in the month of February, and March.

We successfully supplied over 30 thousand SKUs of unique books to the event. 

We also met our publisher client and through one-on-one discussions, we gained valuable insights into challenges and goals, allowing us to tailor our services to meet their needs. Our focus areas include innovative content creation and distribution, audience engagement, and revenue generation.

AAJ Enterprises is embedding sustainability in its business and have started using reusable totes at the warehouses for delivering supplies to our customers.

Once they retrieve the material, we re-acquire the totes and use them for the next round of supplies.
