Here's a Quick Breakdown
You can issue a work permit without an employment visa if the individual falls into one of these categories:
1. Dependent Sponsored Visa
➡ Individual is on a husband’s, father’s, or spouse’s sponsorship.
2. Self-Sponsored Visa
➡ Individual is holding a Golden Visa, Green Visa, or similar.
3. Employment Visa with NOC
➡ Individual is already employed by another sponsor, provided they have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current sponsor.
