  5. Beartais agus cleachtais ghlasa a chur i bhfeidhm: Beartais a thabhairt isteach a chuireann inbhuanaitheacht chun cinn, amhail cláir athchúrsála, soilsiú atá tíosach ar fhuinneamh, nó roghanna cianoibre chun taisteal chun na hoibre a laghdú.
  6. Nuálaíocht a spreagadh i bpróisis inbhuanaithe: Timpeallacht a chruthú ina spreagtar fostaithe chun teacht ar réitigh nuálacha ar dhúshláin inbhuanaitheachta. D'fhéadfadh clár smaointe glasa, nó dúshláin nuálaíochta, a bheith i gceist leis sin.
  7. Comhoibriú le páirtithe leasmhara maidir le tionscnaimh inbhuanaitheachta: Dul i dteagmháil le custaiméirí, soláthraithe agus an pobal áitiúil chun comhthionscnaimh inbhuanaitheachta a fhorbairt. D'fhéadfadh acmhainní agus eolas comhroinnte a bheith mar thoradh ar an gcomhoibriú seo.
  8. Athbhreithniú agus coigeartú rialta a dhéanamh ar do straitéis inbhuanaitheachta: Is réimse í an inbhuanaitheacht atá ag athrú de shíor. Déan athbhreithniú rialta ar do straitéis agus spriocanna chun a chinntiú go bhfanfaidh siad ábhartha agus uaillmhianach, ag coigeartú de réir mar is gá.
  9. Rath inbhuanaitheachta a cheiliúradh agus a chur in iúl: Roinn do chuid éachtaí inbhuanaitheachta le d'fhoireann, le páirtithe leasmhara agus leis an bpobal. Ní hamháin go gcuireann sé seo le meanma ach cuireann sé le cáil d'eagraíochta freisin.
  10. Dea-shampla a thabhairt i do shaol pearsanta agus gairmiúil:  Mar cheannaire, léirigh do thiomantas don inbhuanaitheacht i do chinntí gairmiúla agus i do ghníomhartha pearsanta araon. Tugann sé seo sampla cumhachtach do dhaoine eile chun tú a leanúint.

 

Na Chéad Chéimeanna Eile ar do Thuras Ceannaireachta Inbhuanaithe

Tá trí chéim chriticiúla i gceist le tabhairt faoi do thuras pearsanta inbhuanaitheachta. Ní hamháin go mbaineann na céimeanna seo le cur i bhfeidhm an phlean, ach baineann siad freisin le daoine eile a spreagadh agus a threorú chun páirt a ghlacadh sa turas inbhuanaitheachta in éineacht leat, rud a chruthaíonn tionchar níos fadtéarmaí:

  • Smaoinigh: Déan measúnú ar do chleachtais inbhuanaitheachta reatha.
  • Pleanáil: Déan plean gníomhaíochta inbhuanaitheachta faoi leith a fhorbairt.
  • Gníomhaigh: Cur an plean i bhfeidhm agus spreag daoine eile le bheith páirteach leat.

Leagann na céimeanna seo amach cur chuige a chuidíonn leat d'eagraíocht a threorú i dtreo todhchaí níos inbhuanaithe agus níos freagraí.
