In this post, we have come up with a few recent changes in mobile technology that are too significant to miss on.

Improved Battery Potential and Technology

We are well aware of the weak battery backups offered by smartphones which always disappoint the customers. This has given manufacturers an opportunity to come up with smartphones designed using batteries that are much better on performance. They are now aiming at improved battery technology to offer greater capacity. Not only this, they are also working on making sure that batteries with higher potential are quicker to charge.  The example of this approach is Oukitel. Outkitel 10000 is a smartphone which comes with 10,000 mAh battery capacity that offers thrice the charge compared to a regular smartphone.

New Form Factors and Flexi Designs

With technological advancements happening at fast pace, we will experience flexible designs in mobile phones. Samsung’s “Foldable Valley” is the best example in this context as it looks like a book which it easy to open and close. It is a blend of comfortable portability along with the enticing viewing on large screen. Likewise consumers are demanding new form factors. Their desire for new hardware designs in mobile phones which are not just good to look at but also promise great performance. Samsung is working on introducing impressive new form factors to allure the customers. More such changes are expected to rule the smartphone markets.

Faster and Better Wireless Networks

Advancement in mobile technology is incomplete without faster wireless networks. If customers don’t have speed connection then there is no point having an expensive and hi-tech smartphone. LTE-A is enhancement of present LTE standard which aims to improve the bandwidth. This means that that data rate will shoot up to 3 Gbps as far as downloads are concerned and 1.5 Gbps for uploads. But presently LTE-A is very much limited to the biggest cities. However, there are a few devices which are compatible with this technological advancement.

Smartwatches As Substitute Smartphones

Another interesting advancement in mobile technology is the invention of smartwatches which are designed to work just like smartphones as they can handle simple communication tasks. This is a recent trend in the mobile technology which is a combination of internet access on mobile and voice control technology. Companies are working on reducing the cost and making this device a gadget for masses. We are expected to see an affordable smartwatch which will ease the mobile usage.

Shift to Mobile Web

Companies will realize the importance of mobile web as customers will always visit their websites on the mobile phone before actually looking for their app in the app store. This will give companies all possible reasons to work harder on updating their websites to make sure that they deliver the desired impression when the customer visits. No longer companies will take their websites for granted.

These are a couple of changes that we have taken place recently in the world of technology. Mobile technology will improve at a faster pace as increasing numbers of people are shifting to their smartphones for every small or special need.
