Welcome back to another edition of The Recruiter's Report, bringing you the latest from our team at The Crypto Recruiters and the overall Web3 job market. The crypto industry saw some major wins over the past week, with the SEC suspending its investigation into Ethereum, and 3iQ Corp. submitting a preliminary prospectus for The Solana Fund (QSOL) in Canada, making it the first Solana ETP in North America!
We have some great updates from the Web3 job market as well, with a wide array of new technical and non-technical roles across all experience levels. We're still seeing a huge demand for DevRel and Senior Marketing roles, many companies are looking for those with 3+ years of experience. We also have a huge demand for Rust engineers, as multiple projects in the Solana ecosystem have been hiring recently.
