1moAmazing interview. The issues are complex and there are no easy solutions but it's important to brainstorm how to improve a particular situation. For example, a hot topic is the double "punishment" of having to be poor in addition to being disabled in order to get Medicaid benefits. I believe that it is enough just to be disabled and the financial assets should not play a role because disability is disproportionately more expensive than being able-bodied.
