The analysis is based on the smartphones launched on the same chipset and scored based on 0-100% points. The similarity/uniqueness indicator analysis is a statistical driven analysis of the various parameters of smartphones; no incorporation of experience-related exposure into the calculation.
There are eight parameters on which the similarity/uniqueness analysis is done between Redmi K50i and Realme GT Neo 3; out of eight, only one parameter is 100% similar; and the parameter is a processor and seven parameters on which some degree of difference between the two smartphones and the parameters on which there are some differences are camera, display, battery, storage, connectivity, design and launch price.

Apart from launch price, design is the parameter with the maximum percentage of uniqueness, and camera, battery, and storage are the minor percentages of originality, which shows that Redmi K50i and Realme GT Neo 3 are not that different from each other in those three parameters.
The analysis shows that Realme GT Neo 3, which launched in April 2022, and Redmi K50 in July 2022, both the smartphones have the same chipset, MediaTek Dimensity 8100, and these two smartphones’ brands utilize the chipset in their ways but mainly in the same way. In overall similarity/uniqueness indicator analysis, both the smartphones have 53% of the specification in the same way as each other, and only 47% of the specification have their unique USP.
Redmi K50i has given the tough competition in terms of the specification at a low price compared to Realme GT Neo 3, and the specification on which Redmi K50i got the advantage are camera, refresh rate, battery capacity, and price because providing 53% exact specification as Realme GT Neo 3 which was launched at a much higher price. There is 52 day of launch gap between the two. The launch price is 100% special, meaning they launched at different price points; Redmi launched under Rs 30000, and Realme was above Rs 35000.
