As the IT giants plan to hire around 1.8 lakh of freshers in FY22, a new challenge to fill the unprecedented vacancies is arising. The responses noted by the survey confirms that employees are planning to voluntarily quit their current jobs driven by the hope of getting better wages, better work-life balance, and remote work options. Flexibility in work options and a hybrid model has become a top priority for the working populace of India post-pandemic. 

The year 2022 is also going to be the year of the great digital switch as businesses are going to evolve their digital footprint. This will give rise to a huge demand for highly skilled tech talent in the IT sector and business development talent in the market. The healthcare sector will also be recruiting skilled biologists and wellness experts.
