Right Decision

There are two types of right decision:

1) Where you have considered and analysed all the available data and facts and took the right decision based on the outcome. There is disciplined processed involved in getting this outcome.

2) Where you have taken a decision as per the situation influenced/forced you, and you took that decision, and this decision turns favourable.

First right decision may seems wrong after some time, if data or facts which were considered at the time of decision making changes, due to something unexpected event.

We should not be feeling dishearten and change our process of making decision because in long run process helps.

Since decision was taken based on the data & available facts, surly it can be learned that what could have been done better, if any, and correct that next time.

While in 2nd decision there was no process or effort made and it turns out to be in our favour, we are bound to forget that it was made out of compulsion or under some influence.

In case we repeat this decision just because of favourable result and it goes wrong then there will be only regrets and loss of our precious time and may be money.

PROCESS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN RESULT, BECAUSE RESULT IS BYPRODUCT OF PROCESS.
