The Road Ahead for TurboDry®

The Road Ahead for TurboDry®

As mentioned in our previous LinkedIn article, we’ve been fortunate to meet with hundreds of designers, product and material developers, not to mention several ultra-marathoners who’ve been wear testing garments made with our fabrics, over the past 5 months. Both groups have been incredibly supportive of our TurboDry® Technology and have also provided valuable feedback to help us consistently innovate and provide performance textile solutions in anticipation of consumer needs.

Based on this feedback, we want to share the following three major developments for TurboDry® in the coming months ahead.

  1. We’ve been working on improving the hand and durability of our TurboDry® fabrics. We want to ensure that they are resistant to abrasion, snagging and pilling. We also want to make sure opacity is high to avoid grin through. And lastly, we are aiming for high fabric recovery so that products maintain their shape for the life of the garment.
  2. With onshoring and nearshoring opportunities becoming more of priority due to geopolitical, cost, and supply chain upheaval experienced since the onset of COVID-19, we are exploring NAFTA and CAFTA partnerships to support brand partners.
  3. And speaking of brand partners, we will have several brand-partner launches to announce in the coming months as more products with TurboDry® become commercialized. It will be very exciting to see more and more products made with TurboDry® be made available to consumers from some of the best brands on the planet!

We will continue to keep you updated on our developments! Please let us know in the comments if you have any questions or need more information. You can also always reach out at info@turbodry.com.
