I will be competing in the Run Melbourne Half Marathon on Sunday 24th July, and raising much needed funds for Berry Street whom I work closely with in my role at GM Holden.

Who are Berry Street?

Berry Street is the largest independent child and family welfare organisation in Victoria. Each year Berry Street help thousands of children recover from the devastating effects of family violence, abuse and neglect.  Berry Street never gives up doing whatever it takes for the kids in care and believe that all children should have a good childhood, growing up feeling safe, nurtured and with hope for the future. For nearly 140 years Berry Street have been giving these kids a chance. 

Funds raised from Run Melbourne support Berry Street’s Foster Care program, will enable Berry Street to purchase ‘Welcome to Care’ kits for children consisting of new items like pyjamas, toiletries, clothing and toys.
