How does your membership experience impact your work at the national office?

My time on campus gave me a solid foundation to be able to understand the challenges and successes that student-athletes, coaches, staff and administrators experience on a daily basis. I honed my passion for supporting student-athletes and the department to be successful through my time working in compliance and student-athlete development. It was due to these experiences that I wanted to work at the national office, and I wouldn't have made it here without my experiences on-campus.
