The pandemic has affected everyone and consequently many companies have had to reinvent themselves in the way they approach their customers and the way they interact with consumers and prospects. 

Adding value for the customer from the business point of view is always the characteristic touch that makes us gain market share. This challenging situation has caused most companies to look for alternatives such as new sources of income or new strategies within the current market, in which digital growth has been notorious.

The multi-channel strategy has become a roadmap for many, in which it is expected that digital shopping will become more and more frequent in the future. Faced with this situation, it is vital to carry out multiple actions that guarantee customer loyalty while working on the increase in sales or in the way to minimize the losses that may occur before a critical stage.

For me the basis and the most important thing are the customers. A transformation to be successful has to be customer focused and customer driven. I believe that being customer centric means to placing them at the center of the company like the best strategy to guarantee success. Maintaining a high engagement with them, and in turn personalizing the deal and defining price strategies, are some of the actions that require constant analysis and dedication.

Without customers, companies do not exist, and regarding the enormous competitiveness that exists today in practically all sectors, personalized treatment ends up being essential.
