Sedgwick’s Joe Rodriguez Moderating Ag Safety Panel at the World Ag Expo in Tulare, California, February 13th 2020

I am pleased to announce that I will be moderating an Agricultural Safety Panel at the 2020 World Ag Expo on behalf of Sedgwick and our Growers Captive. The World Ag Expo will take place from February 11th through February 13th in Tulare California. For those of you who have never been, the World Ag Expo is the world's largest annual agricultural exposition. More than 1,500 exhibitors display the latest in farm equipment, communications and technology on 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space. Free seminars focus on a variety of topics important to dairy producers, farmers, ranchers and agribusiness professionals.

The panel I will be moderating is titled, “The Importance of Safety in the Agricultural Industry: Changing the Mindset – Injuries Do Not Have to be the Cost of Doing Business.” The goal of this presentation is to showcase the Safety Exposures faced by owners in the Agricultural Industry and prove the case that there are proactive steps they can take to reduce those exposures, proving that INJURIES DO NOT HAVE TO BE THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS. We will do this by taking a 360 degree perspective from people with different roles in the safety process in the agricultural industry. The panel will be formed around members of the Sedgwick’s Growers Captive. The panel will consist of the following Growers Captive members:
