4. Shortlist RFI Visits

We present the narrowed list of potential locations to the client and coordinate site visits. Meeting the EDOs and touring the proposed sites in person allows for a deeper evaluation of fit. Extensive Q&A and follow-ups occur to determine a shortlist of around five final locations.


5. Final Analysis & Decision

For the finalist locations, we develop a comprehensive financial and comparative analysis detailing the pros and cons of each. This aids the client's decision-making process. We guide incentive negotiations before they make their final site selection. MWM shepherds clients through every step.
