Your choices

For this contest we offer each Entrant the choice of one seat in either our CX Management & CCXP Exam Preparation Course or in our Contact Center Management Fundamentals Course.

How to enter the contest

To enter the contest, please start by entering your email address via the Subscribe button found on the Homepage of our new website.

The email address you enter there is the email address we will use to register you for the contest and communicate with you.

Now that you've entered your email address, send us an email with the following points addressed:

1. Start by telling us what you think of our new website including any thoughts about what's good and/or what can be improved. There is no word count or length requirement. Your honest assessments and thoughts are what we're looking for.
2. Tell us which course you want to join if you win the free seat - either the CX Management & CCXP Exam Preparation Course (and which run) or the Contact Center Management Fundamentals Course.
3. For the course you've chosen, please share with us in just 1 - 3 sentences why you want to take this course.

Contest rules

We accept contest entries by email only from the email address you entered via the Subscribe button on our website.

Please enter only one time for one free seat.

The entry window for this contest runs from 6th May through 24th May.

Winners will be notified by email not later than Friday, 31st May and may be shared publicly.

We will use the content in each entry to make our decision about the Winners. The decision making process is internal to OmniTouch and will not be shared.

Any content you share with us in your entry will not be shared or published and will be kept private.
