Today the buzzword in Recruitment industry is – Social Recruiting. The effectiveness of a Recruiter/HR Professional is judged on the basis of his/her presence on Social Media Platform and how effective pool/connects does s/he have on their Social Media profiles. This sets the bar for their effectiveness in getting to the vast pool "Passive Job Seekers"!!
