Spot On Insurance Welcomes William Gammon

We often talk about our careers as a journey; and like on all journeys, we need to celebrate reaching the milestones and be prepared to correct course when circumstances change. William Gammon has dedicated his life to helping others keep moving forward on their journeys.

Bill is the owner and founder of Gammon and Associates. Drawing on lessons he’s learned during 50 years in various industries, Bill coaches executives, small business owners, and financial services/insurance professionals.  His goal is to help clients co-create and implement strategies to meet and surpass goals they previously found challenging. The company provides one-on-one coaching, weekly group coaching sessions, and an extensive online independent learning curriculum.

Bill joins us to discuss the essentials of running a successful business. He begins with the importance of expectation management and over-delivering on your promises. Doing so turns clients into friends – and referral sources! Bill also explains why it’s critical for entrepreneurs to educate themselves about their marketplace and identify the opportunities that others might overlook. Finally, he explains how to simplify strategic planning so leaders can focus on the tasks that help grow their businesses. All opportunities come with certain risks, Bill explains. The “secret” is taking calculated risks and being open to the next opportunity.
