Successful presentation of the Impact of Exponential Technologies in HR and mankind by Singularity University
This week Sylvia presented to more than 500 HR Experts in Madrid and Barcelona the tendencies of the future by Singularity University, where she assisted the Executive Program 2 months ago.
Sylvia was invited by Joana Sánchez and Mireia Ranera from Incipy Digital Transformation and Inesdi Digital Business School within their Conference about Digital Innovation in HR and the disruption of tomorrow.
She talked about how technologies will transform our lives, will create abundance and impact in our exponential thinking.
She was very disruptive and her statement that the role of HR will be transformed and mostly disappear created a shaking reaction. She fully believes that HR matters will be included in business and executed by Managers. HR will be a mix of People, Marketing, Communication and Digital.
- THE CHRO will be a strategical function next to the CEO.
- AI (Artificial intelligence will change everything).
- Recruitment processes will soon include AI up to 95 % of the process. The human part will be at the end of the process.
- We will work much less, live longer and have more time.
- Probably we will work only 4 hours a day, have a global income and have to redefine the concept of work and leisure.
The future is a challenge
Our challenge and mission from HR is to prepare our Management Boards for this future and to create project teams which work on the new scenarios.
