Support for 9-Digit BINs, Retry Option for Soft-Declined Recurring Transactions, 6 New Integrations, and More in Our September Digest

With autumn approaching, we’re thrilled to introduce the exciting new features and improvements we’ve rolled out on the Akurateco white-label payment platform during the last month of summer. Keep reading to explore our updates and fresh news.

  • Considering the recent iPhone updates and changes to page and browser optimization, our features development team has updated the checkout page display for the latest iPhone versions, ensuring a smoother and more convenient customer experience.
  • Our team has also introduced support for 9-digit BINs in addition to 6-digit BINs. As 9-digit BINs become more common, customers can now benefit from more accurate identification of the issuer, country of origin, and other encoded information. This upgrade enhances card routing and identification of card type, brand, bank, and more. It also improves compatibility with various card issuers like Revolut.
  • We’ve also enhanced our payment analytics functionality. Now, customers can view not only their transaction volume but also their total turnover directly from the dashboard, factoring in all configured commissions in the billing section.
  • Additionally, we’ve introduced a retry option for soft-declined recurring transactions, enabling customers to manually reset the counter and attempt to process a previously uncharged transaction, increasing the chances of success. We've also added a retry request queue to the admin panel, allowing customers to easily track the status of transaction retries. If a transaction hasn't been charged, they can conveniently reset the counter and initiate another attempt.

We are constantly updating our platform to make it more convenient for our customers. Would you like to learn how Akurateco can revolutionize payment processes for your business? Feel free to contact our experts or visit our website .
