Support East Lansing Conversion Therapy Ban

The East Lansing City Council began their meeting on August 13, 2019 with communications from Councilmembers. Councilmember Aaron Stephens announced that Ordinance 1467, an ordinance to prohibit the practice of conversion therapy, will be brought back to City Council at the Sept. 10 meeting. He also announced that the East Lansing Human Relations Commission will be hosting its second Coffee & Conversation on Sunday, Aug. 18 from 1-3 p.m. at Espresso Royale Coffee, 1500 W. Lake Lansing Road, and the topic will be on hate crimes.

Homosexuality is not a disease and does not require treatment.   Hats off to banning this gay conversion therapy!
