Who are you and what does your company do? 

I'm Arthur Simoneto, a marketing and advertising professional with over 15 years of experience. I currently serve as the CMO of Tecredi, a Brazilian fintech specializing in vehicle-collateralized credit. 

Our company offers a fast and secure financing solution for vehicle purchases through our app and online platform. Our goal is to drive economic development for society.


What types of clients do you serve? 

Our primary customers are those looking to finance a vehicle purchase at attractive rates. We serve resellers, dealerships, and businesses through our network of over 700 registered stores, marketplaces, and business partners in Southern Brazil. We also provide working capital for companies using a vehicle as collateral.


How are you different from your competitors? 

Tecredi invests heavily in technology to provide an agile and user-friendly experience. Our credit analysis process is precise and efficient, allowing customers to receive a financing decision in just a few minutes. Our approach combines cutting-edge technology with a personal touch, as our support team is always available to help both retailers and customers. We are a tech company with a humanized approach to customer service..


Tecredi is working with large and established insurance companies, such as Grupo Caburé Seguros, from Brazil, and Mapfre, from Spain (both companies have more than 50 years in business), to develop a new tool that will be incorporated into our app, allowing customers to seamlessly contract insurance when financing a vehicle. This will provide added security and comfort to our clients. 


Additionally, in the social area, we seek to positively impact the community in which we operate through our SocialBack™ program, which donates a portion of our profits to local hospitals and community organizations. We have already made several donations to hospitals in the regions where we work.


What has been your biggest challenge?

Our biggest challenge is to transform society through digital financial solutions that are agile, simple, and secure. This challenge goes far beyond providing the ideal technology for our customers. This involves building a high-performing team, managing growth, and maintaining a strong brand identity as we expand. With a team of 40 people, our goal is to stay innovative, modern, and solid in our communication while supporting our growing number of business partners.


Every day, new companies come to Tecredi and register to become commercial partners. What image are we building with these partners? We need to keep our brand strong and communicate that there is a team of fantastic people behind every move we make at Tecredi. What has helped us to make the right choices is to always listen to the needs of our partners, in order to provide them with the most useful materials and tools.


- What's been your biggest success?

Tecredi has received significant attention from the market considering that we are not located in the largest financial center of the country (São Paulo). We are often invited to participate in events, debates, interviews and we are very connected to the innovation and startup ecosystem in Southern Brazil. 


Our success includes being a finalist in the South Summit Brazil 2022 and recently being named one of the 15 Startups to Watch in 2023 by Sebrae (Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Companies). These recognitions show that our work is valued by the market and we have a promising future ahead.
