Thank you FTC!

Thank you FTC!

For real, thank you FTC, by forcing clear disclosure you’ve protected the consumer and in effect, set the creative bar very, very high. The challenge is to create content that a consumer knows is an advertisement, yet sticks around to engage and enjoy it so brand wins and consumer wins. It’s doable, and very effective. Just don't accept creative mediocrity and work with great storytellers who respect their audience.

Time to embrace #disclosure head on.
