TLC Diversified, Inc. was named a Certified Environmentally Responsible Contractor (CERC) on August 5th, 2020. This certification is awarded to contractors who proactively mitigate their environmental risks through proper training and back their work with proper insurance. CERCs are leading the construction industry by protecting themselves and their clients to ensure the job is completed right for our communities and generations to come.
TLC has constructed over half a billion dollars of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. With a team of 100 full-time expert construction professionals, TLC is one of Florida’s largest General Contractors serving exclusively the municipal water and wastewater industry.

TLC was founded in 1985 in the garage of a South Florida home owned by Thurston and Joanne Lamberson. Thurston and Joanne shared a long history and passion for design, engineering and construction. The merger between these two galvanized the company’s rise to prominence in Florida where TLC is widely considered as one of the best in the industry.
Since TLC’s inception, the company has grown from a small utility contractor performing simple lift station rehabs and miscellaneous treatment plant infrastructure projects ranging in the $100,000 to $500,0000 range, to a full-service GC specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure projects of over $10,000,000 in overall construction cost.
