It's official: Here are the four vendors for The Silos, downtown's newest food hall
After months of anticipation, the fourth and final vendor for one of Dayton's most talked about spots has officially been announced.
Indigo, a concept by Katie Mathews of Ordinarie Fare, will join three other eateries within The Silos. Indigo is designed to ground the body with plant-forward food and focus on a pleasure-forward experience, said a post from The Silos social media accounts.
The menu will be entirely gluten-free and feature items such as seasonal farm-to-farm table salads, grain bowls, west coast inspired burritos, and a line of herbal "elixirs" designed to support body, mind and spirit.
