Actress and HSN personality Rhonda Shear has sold her home in St. Petersburg's Snell Isle neighborhood for $6.8 million.

Shear and her husband Van Fagan first listed the property for sale in 2021 at a price point of $9.8 million. It was listed again in 2023 and 2024 for about $13 million and $11 million, respectively. She bought the mansion for $3.2 million in 2011, according to property records.

Tampa city attorney accused of threatening developer over rezoning

A well-known business consultant alleges that city attorney Andrea Zelman made threatening comments about his colleagues when the consultant asked Zelman about a recent judicial ruling that strips city council of its rezoning authority.

FDOT hits major milestone for new Howard Frankland Bridge

The Florida Department of Transportation has reached a significant milestone in the construction of the new Howard Frankland Bridge.

FDOT has placed the final superstructure beam for the new bridge. In total, 1,726 beams make up the $865.3 million project.

Big Storm president's departure raises more uncertainty for brewery

Big Storm Brewing President Leo “LJ” Govoni said he is leaving the brewery, adding more uncertainty around the future of the Clearwater craft beer brewery after a series of evictions, an investor lawsuit and controversy involving his business partner and father.
