TURKISH AIRLINES

Attention to all friends who have purchased or are going to purchase airline tickets from Turkish Airlines. Please read your T's and C's

If you do not use your itinerary sequence regarding your internal flights then THY considers this a NO SHOW.

On our recent holiday to Turkey we did not use our internal flight from Istanbul to Izmir because we did not use this flight they actually cancelled our return tickets from Istanbul to Sydney with out informing us.

When we arrived in Istanbul to check in they advised our tickets were no longer valid due to this matter. 

Even though we had proof of our e tickets and payment receipt they advised that the tickets have dropped of the system.

The only way to return home was to purchase tickets again which we did.

THY staff were rude and very unhelpful in all this ordeal at Istanbul airport. 

Very poor customer service by THY.

When I tried to investigate this matter from Australia Sydney office of THY were also very unprofessional and not helpful as well. They kept referring myself to the THY in Turkey which unfortunately have no care factor regarding customer service at all. 

My resolution is that my family and I will never travel with THY again which is their lose. 

Considering I travel overseas quite frequently.
